We are looking for an:

Improvement Engineer (m/f/d)

You will be based at our plant in Mussolente (VI) and you will be part of the Operations team. You will manage CapEx process and improvement projects working closely with Maintenance and EH&S.

• Manage CapEx process (timing, forecast, variances …) and update related KPIs
• Manage improvement projects within operations area (identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans). Depending on the type of the project and its complexity, you could act as  project leader 
• Do the maintenance stop/fault analysis, update related KPI, gap analysis, identify and promote improvement plans accordingly
• Collaborate with Maintenance and EH&S to maintain and improve plant and equipment procedures/instructions needed to execute all activities in a safe and compliant way
• Cooperate with Operations team on Continuous Improvement activities related to the production
• Update Plant and process layouts

• Master’s degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Management, Civil)
• Minimum 3 yrs in similar role (maintenance/production) in a multinational manufacturing company
• good English proficiency
• Project management
• data analysis and statistics skill
• knowledge of process controls
• AUTOCAD software 2D
• Team player with strong problem solving attitude
